Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We designed the most comfortable clothes for toddlers and each and every product is proudly handmade in the USA with the best fabrics. We are committed to make our fashion products comfortable to wear and to look adorable. We love babies and think that they always deserve the best! We believe genuine (natural) cotton is the best material for baby clothes, because it is breathable, durable and very soft.

 

Shipping

We ship through USPS and you should receive your purchase within 4-10 business days in the U.S. With each order we offer Free Shipping (limited time only!) with no minimum purchase is available only in US and Canada! A shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped. International orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS for flat rate of $15 dollars. You should receive your international purchase within 2-4 weeks. Please be aware that for international orders, you are responsible for any customs, duties, shipping, delays that may be charged. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more info. We will make every effort possible to proceed and ship your package as soon as possible.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not what you expected – please Contact Us first for return instructions. Step 1: Indicate the appropriate reason beside the item ordered on the order summary section of the enclosed shipping invoice / packaging slip. Step 2: Package the completed form with your item, along with its original packing materials. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received your order. If there is ANY sign of wear and damage on the products or the box is damaged it will be returned to you at your cost and a refund will not be issued. We cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly. We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please be aware that there may be a 20% restocking and shipping fee associated with the return. We will refund /shipping and handling/ product costs for returns only if: 1) your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the initial shipping process; or 2) toddlerino.com operations is at fault due to shipping and/or handling error(s).

Exchanges

you will be required to pay the shipping cost on the new shoes being sent Please be aware that there may be a 10% restocking and shipping fee associated with the return. Be advised that some states require a tax on delivery and/or gift wrap charges, as well. For all online orders, all applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order at checkout time.
